• Responsible for overall HR admin function• Plan and execute HROS (Human Resource Operating Standards) a simple, professional and organized way of managing people at our dealership • Implementing HR policies procedure for the HR operation & development• Ensure timely recruitment of business lines staff in order to meet business needs• Arranging induction/orientation program of a new employee• Focusing on Employee Retention and key Employee Identification initiatives.• Evaluating and facilitating continuous improvement of the individual against clearly defined present goals & targets• Ensure a motivational climate in the organization, including adequate opportunities for career growth and development• Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels• Arranging for general weekly meeting of the employees and maintaining the minutes• Organizing employee welfare, development, recreation & social activities• Announcing employee of the month and giving employee certification• Counseling and Guidance cell - provide support to Managers in case of disciplinary issues• Administer all employee payroll, benefit and compensation programs with conjunction with the finance and administration department• Conducting exit interviews and maintaining the relieving documents• Responsible for the advertisement of the company in different media

• Issuance and underwriting of motor insurance policies• Maintaining records of the renewals of the motor policies• Filing of the documents related to the insurance policies issued• Handling queries of customers relating to claims and motor insurance• Maintaining joining as well as relieving formalities• Maintaining attendance records• Arranging for various training including soft skills• Extending administrative support including maintenance of stationary records• Maintenance of the records relating to housekeeping staffs
