The human factor (OSI layer 8) is one of our biggest threats to security, and one of our first lines of defense.Currently working full-time at Zoom Video Communications facilitating transfer of knowledge to support teams as a Technical Enablement Manager for Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center. My mantra: "How can I help?"In addition do this, I am in attending MGA for my Masters degree in Information Technology with a concentration in cybersecurity and forensics.I've run the gambit from helpdesk positions to systems administration.
