About Frieda Wilson

Interested in everything cybersecurity related, but I love diving into the parts where psychology meets security. The human factor (OSI layer 8) is one of our biggest threats to security, and one of our first lines of defense.Currently working full-time at Zoom Video Communications facilitating transfer of knowledge to support teams as a Technical Enablement Manager for Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center. My mantra: "How can I help?"In addition do this, I am in attending MGA for my Masters degree in Information Technology with a concentration in cybersecurity and forensics.I've run the gambit from helpdesk positions to systems administration. During my career I have developed and implemented computer security training, and done speaking engagements related to cybersecurity positions and how the human factor relates to cybersecurity.I am open to and seeking opportunities for a systems administrative position, or any positions that support a career into Information Security, while continuing to build up my skillset.
