Responsible for the setup of the on-demand shuttle in Hamburg in cooperation with the VHH, one of the local public transport operators. ioki Hamburg is still the biggest deployment at ioki and runs on LEVC vehicles. Projekt lead for an autonomous shuttle project in cooperation with the BVG in Berlin. In addition I was leading the Operations Circle in the agile and OKR driven company setup. The goal was to shape the framework for the most suitable operations management for a variety of on-demand transportation networks.
