- Maintaining the IT Product and Lifecycle Management of Salesforce CRM Solutions- Creation of the IT roadmap taking into account trends and innovations- As part of requirement management and system selection, I advise the departments, IT project managers (m / w) and IT architects (m / w) in the use of CRM standard solutions- Creation of actual analyzes of existing systems, the assigned business processes as well as the overall architecture- Working together with the departments to develop future process modeling- Identification and evaluation of the use of standard IT solutions- Presentation of the work results before management- Project management tasks in an international environment, i.a. for country rollouts for CRM Customer Service- Supplier management- Budget responsibility- As part of my role as Solution Provider I'm taking care about IT-Security standards
