Jon leads product strategy for growing the $10B Comcast business and successfully operationalizing new products. He also leads the Access Solutions Business responsible for all connectivity out of the traditional Comcast footprint. As the GM of Access Solutions. Jon was responsible for the P&L and end-to-end operations of all off-net connectivity. His primary focus has been on growth, working in close partnership with the mid-market and enterprise sales teams. Over the last five years, the team quadrupled revenue and increased profit 6x. From 2013-2018, Jon led strategic initiatives for Comcast and NBCUniversal. In this role, Jon co-founded a number of key Business Units including Enterprise Solutions (serving Fortune 1,000 customers) and Comcast Wholesale. He also directly supported the Enterprise Operations team in standing up its systems and day-to-day operations. In addition, Jon partnered closely with leaders across the company on initiatives including broadband strategy, wireless strategy, 5G, and domestic & international M&A.Prior to joining Comcast, Jon spent seven years at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). While there, he served as a Principal in the Telecom and Media Group. Jon led strategic transformations for Fortune 500 companies; focusing on creating new business lines, M&A, and building go-to market capabilities. While at BGC, Jon won awards for people development and intellectual leadership. Jon earned his MBA from Duke University where he graduated as a Fuqua Scholar; and his B.S. in Anthropology and Human Biology from Emory University. Jon serves on the Board of Directors for Perelman Jewish Day School. He lives in Penn Valley, Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.
