Product Ranging and Development: performed market analysis and research to recognize trends and demands, product specifications and price points; worked closely with our design and product development teams on new product design and specifications.Marketing / POS: developed marketing plans and strategies with budget responsibility, led advertising creation, involved in the creation of a new packaging layout and POS.While at Axa, we increased sales by more than 70%.
