• Site-inspections, economical budget preparation, submission and follow up.• Enter into deals with suppliers.• Congress registrations and hotel accommodation (up to 500 people)• Technical equipment and ground services coordination, participants and local staff supervision.• Event balance and invoicing, developing reports of costs, analyzing savings opportunities.• Plan, organize and prepare visits to Headquarter for: clients,suppliers, V.I.P. Clients etc• Manage the daily agenda of CEO and Top Management: meetings, confidential document etc.

• Sourcing, quoting and arranging different services (a mixture of Corporate and Leisure): Hotels, Flights, Ground transportations, Visas, Car Hire, Restaurants, Private Jets, Yatchs, Helicopters.• Utilising the in-house GDS, safety management, flight planning systems.

• Deal / Inspect games within the Casino.• Ensure dealing standards and table security to the highest possible standard.• Make sure that game commentary is clear and company procedures are adhered to.• Explain the rules of games and club facilities to customers.
