Software development for an eCommerce platform involving C#/ASP.NET and SQL Server in the backend and HTML, CSS, JS and XSLT for the frontend, all under PCI-DSS compliance.Started out in a development team running SCRUM, taking on both client and internal pieces of work.I've been part and owner of several pieces of new core components and architecture in our platform powering critical subsystems.I'm currently the technical lead in the operational (Ops) team dealing with incidents, monitoring, bug reports, general maintenance and performance analysis and optimizations. As well as maintenance/management of our CI/CD and Source Control Management (SCM) systems.Since joining the Ops team I've developed and put in place new systems for monitoring and alerting which has significantly reduced incident response times, as well as developed tools to help track down various kinds of issues throughout our software stack.For a while I was also on the Product Development (R&D) team, working on new products and features while still helping out the Ops team with high-priority operational tasks and monitoring as needed.

In my spare time I do some freelance work which so far has included web design/development, software development, Android app development, network engineering, systems administration and electronics.
