I also assisted with the Helicopter desk, coordinating with paramedics and doctors, updating notes, obtaining accurate GPS coordinates or landing zone information, and notifying the media. Additionally, I communicated with medical aids, hospitals, and medical personnel.As an Emergency Medical Dispatcher, I ensured fast and efficient dispatching of emergency vehicles, maintaining communication with the scene for updates, providing pre-arrival instructions, and ensuring the safety of the crews. I was responsible for tracking their locations and destinations.I left ER24 to pursue better opportunities for personal growth at AAH Skills and Development, as I have a strong desire to continuously learn and expand my knowledge.
