• Asset Management – In charge of 5 Assets that consists of shopping mall, recreational clubs and licensed restaurants. Liable in overseeing asset operations, tenant relations and admin related responsibilities.• Ensures good environment and efficient facilities of assets on everyday basis including Daily Visual report. The main goal is for customer’s visual, shopping and dining experience satisfaction.• Ensures implementation of mall operating policies and procedures including but not limited to tenants, security, service providers and contractors.• Performs unit inspection for both incoming and vacating Tenants, including monthly check for operational F&B units and quarterly check for other retailers.• Handling Yardi Application that includes access but not limited to Tenant Master Data, SOA and Ledger, Workflows, Aging, Invoicing and other Tenant and Supplier related information.• Review and provides daily work access permits from Tenants and Contractors.• Responsible for sending and monitoring monthly Invoices for both Utilities and Percentage Rent to Tenants.• Responsible for monitoring and capturing daily sales using POS Data Capture system and monthly sales from data upload on Tenant Portal.• Sending Memos across all Tenants and any letter related tasks which includes studying of Lease agreements.• Submits timely reports, proposals and presentations as per management’s requirements.• Handling Aging – including collections of outstanding and Legal Handover.• Handling expense invoices from both service providers and contractors and coordinates with managers, document controller department and finance.• Delivers monthly accruals report and forwarding to finance to provide an idea of the estimated monthly expense.• Conduct clerical responsibilities including filing, answering of phone call and email response.• Coordinate with different departments – Marketing, Leasing, Finance, Legal, Customer Service as per requirements.

• Handling both incoming and outgoing calls from sales team and company’s client in order to acquire orders, answer inquiries and provide resolution to every concern.• Encode all items per SKUs that serves as an invoice using specific product codes in the system in accordance to the Purchased orders received from client and sales, acquiring them from the queue.• Provides daily reports and trackers of order numbers and deliveries.• Provides weekly reports for all filled complaints and making sure that resolution was provided before the closing the week.
