1. Do recruitment process until crew onboard: sourcing, scouting, and selecting crew based on vessel requirement.2. Sending crew candidate data in accordance with competency to the Marine Superintendent or Technical Superintendent for early interview - Assisting & ensuring all documents valid as per STCW 2010.3. Making register and registering application document of crew candidate including important document such as seaman book, passport, certificate, checkup, etc.4. Prepare and arrange for briefing familiarization for crew who will join on board.5. Documenting all crew’s documents related to the scope of work done6. Evaluate crew performance by KPI method.7. Develop career path promotion for crew.8. Monitoring crew’s BPJS.9. Monitoring Safe Manning10. Making report of Crewing and Recruitment activities (numbers of crews recruited and resigned during report period, the vessels, crew levels, etc.)
