In a growing Marketing department (250 FTE +) the need for insights exceeds creating capacity. Therefor we changed our Self Service tactics to make it easier to create, find and (re)use existing insights. Saved time is being used for additional data consultancy services. This is set up for both existing and new Marketing stakeholder teams, for which we are also responsible in onboarding them to a data driven way of working.

Within DCA – the Data Team for B2C Marketing – I was responsible for Business & Market Insights. In this role I managed a team of 20 data specialists, of which 4 Leads. Most important was to manage their Roadmap, discussing priorities with our stakeholders.

Within the Data Team for B2C Marketing I was responsible for reporting marketing results and insights to both operational and managing stakeholders. In this role I managed a team of 7 data specialists. One of the projects I lead was redesigned all Marketing KPI’s.

Within the Customer Intelligence Team I’m responsible for Reporting and Analysis. Together with my team we create reports that connect Goals, Activities and Results. These can be Management Reports or Operational Reports. Based on Reported results, we support our colleagues in making better decisions and Self Service BI, or we are doing in-depth analysis ourselves.
