- 10+ years of experience in fashion industry in UK, Europe, China and Australia- Proven capability and experience in leading a team for end-to-end brand management, including design, production, planning, marketing, visual merchandising, branding, etc.- Extensive design experience in various categories: womenswear, menswear, knitwear and kidswear- Strong experience in sourcing, product developing and production management- Research trends, design concepts, mood boards, product plan, range review and buying- Excellent fabric and garment construction knowledge including knits, woven, dress, suits, leather, etc.- Strong networking with factories/suppliers in China, UK, Italy, Eastern Europe, Turkey and India- Strong knowledge of critical path, timeline, OTB, costing, margin, profit targets, sales analysis- Fabric developing, tech pack, sampling, fitting, comments, production, quality control and bulk delivery- Strong free-hand graphic/sketch/flats skills and design software including Photoshop, Illustrator- Design ethical and sustainable sourcing- Strong knowledge of animal welfare rights and raw material policies- Creative, passionate, artistic with a deep business understanding and a global vision
