As an Executive Director – Investments in Oppenheimer’s Atlanta Office, Fritz Brown works with institutions such as insurance companies as well as with high net worth individuals. He emphasizes preservation of capital for all of his clients. He is especially committed to helping his clients meet their financial needs by providing independentfinancial advice, a suite of product solutions and responsive client service.Fritz began his investment career in 1987 at Merrill Lynch. In 1991, he moved to CIBC World Markets, which subsequently became a part of Oppenheimer Holdings Inc. He earned his B.A. in history and economics from Emory University and his M.B.A. with a specialization in Finance from Mercer University.He also holds the General Securities Representative License (Series 7), as well as the National Commodity Futures Examination (Series 3) and the General Sales Supervisor Examinations (Series 9 and 10). He is licensed as an agent for Life and Health Insuranceas well as Variable Annuities in the state of Georgia.Fritz served as an adjunct professor in the Finance Department at the Cecil B. Day Graduate and Professional Campus of Mercer University. He remains actively involved with student and alumni affairs at Emory University, his undergraduate school.
