Manufacturing - Operation and PlanningResponsible for line productivity, efficiency, rejects, processes, products, quality and cost savings. Ensure that all KPI's must always meet the budget assigned by the management, as well as Profit and Loss of the management.

Responsible for 5M & 1E (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Measurement & Environment). Ensure that the KPIs must always meet the target assigned by the management, especially the Line Efficiency, Line Utilization, Yield, Waste (Product & Packaging), & Downtime. And ensure that the production must always meet Internal & External compliance such as Government & Private sectors (Health & Safety, FDA, Etc.).

Responsible for the production of quality goods but ensuring efficient machine operation, minimize breakdown due to machine downtime and 100% machine utilization. This position also assists line supervisor in coordinating administrative function affecting production personnel.

Assistance in overseeing the overall production in electroplating (dull & acid copper, nickel, brass & chrome plating, electroless nickel) & powder coating operations. And involved in developing and implementing systems improvement in the production together with the laboratory department.

Performs activities concerned with the inspection, sampling, testing of raw materials, product in-process and finished products to assure conformance with established standard. Assured the high standard of beverage products by checking all the contributing parameters (CO2 content, Brix, Phosphate/Assay, Color) by handling and calibration laboratory instrument.

Performs activities concerned with the inspection, sampling, testing of raw materials, products in-process and finished products to assure conformance with established standards. All activities are under the team leader and the maximum supervision of QA supervisor or QA officer.

Assured the high quality of the detergent by checking all the contributing parameters (Acid Value, Active Detergent, Moisture Content, etc.) by handling and calibrating laboratory instrument to the required exact specifications and by participating in training and seminars intended to develop the knowledge in the sulphonation process.

Involved in the production of Liquid-Tablet-Capsule, and in so doing, encounter/handled industrial equipment and performed several operations.
