Responsibilities:-User Research: Comprehensive user research is conducted to gather insights into user needs and behaviors, informing the design strategy and ensuring solutions are deeply rooted in user-centric principles.-Wireframe Development & User Flows: Intuitive wireframes and user flows are designed to serve as the backbone for creating effective user interfaces.-High-Fidelity Mockups & Animation: Wireframes are transformed into animated, high-fidelity mockups using Figma, ensuring that the visual and interactive elements of the product are engaging and optimized for user experience.-UX/UI Design Strategy: Comprehensive UX/UI strategies are developed to guide the creation of innovative and user-centric solutions, ensuring consistency across all platforms and enhancing overall user experience.-Agile Methodology: Tasks are prepared and design projects are managed using Agile methodologies, facilitating a dynamic and collaborative environment that efficiently adapts to changing requirements.-Developer Handover: Comprehensive design specifications are prepared to ensure a smooth handover to development teams, facilitating the accurate and efficient implementation of designs into functioning software.-Stakeholder Engagement: Weekly meetings with stakeholders are organized and moderated, presenting project progress and iterating designs based on feedback to align closely with business goals and user needs.
