Project Title: Using Structured Conversational Prompts in the Diagnosis of Dementia.Under the supervision of Prof. Heidi Christensen, my research looks at the application of Speech and Language Technologies for the automatic diagnosis of dementia. My current focus lies on Frontotemporal dementia (FTD).

I was fortunate to work in the big data research unit of the Leibniz Institute of Psychology. Under the supervision of Dr. André Bittermann, I was involved in projects investigating scholarly communication on Twitter and the #Twittermigration following recent events. Moreover, I took a leading role in a project that utilises LLMs to automatically generate labels for the topics of a topic model.

Under the supervision of Dr. Lucy MacGregor, I took a leading role in conducting a small-scale study investigating individual differences in ambiguity resolution abilities for spoken language. I was involved in all steps of the research cycle. I presented the results as a poster at a conference of the Experimental Psychology Society.

Under the supervision of Prof. Gabriella Vigliocco, I contributed to the generation of a large corpus containing multimodal conversational data. This was part of the ECOLANG (Ecological Language) project.
