Mentors junior leaders and ensures tactical and technical proficiency of the Marines in the Company. Supervises, assesses, and reports the company's readiness to deploy in terms of personnel and equipment readiness, annual training, and technical baseline, overseeing 214 Marines. Oversawcompany Key Management Infrastructure element, including over 100 pieces of controlled cryptographic items. Concurrently filled the billet of company operations officer and supported the planning, coordination, and execution of company and battalion level events.

Led, mentored, and trained 48 Marines in the preparation for Battalion and Marine Expeditionary Force level exercises and individual augment duties. Maintained accountability of a Consolidated Memorandum Receipt totaling more than $7.6 million, and ensured proper maintenance and readiness of all equipment. Planned, coordinated, and supervised platoon and company level training events.

Supervised a Network Operations Center (NOC) Watch Floor for a total of 500 hours, enabling command and control for each major subordinate command across I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF). Served as the I MEF NOC representative in 21 briefs with the I MEF Marine Information Group Information Command Center, increasing the I MIG Commander's awareness of I MEF tactical network.
