Frederick (“Fritz”) Reichenbach is a Co-Founder and Managing Member of Third500, LLC, a boutique investment banking firm. Previously known as Healthios Capital Markets, Third500 rebranded to reflect its expansion from the healthcare industry to a growing focus on Emerging Growth companies. From 2016 - 2020 Mr. Reichenbach was based in Singapore working with the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and its partners to implement the Singapore Financing Pathway, a novel financing alternative for Emerging Growth companies seeking access to capital to complement late stage venture capital and structured debt. Third500 clients typically have raised US$50 million, need to raise a further US$25 million, have trailing revenues of US$5 million, and are in a high growth phase. Over the past eighteen months, Third500’s first four clients have raised nearly US$200 million in growth capital, and one of those clients recently completed an IPO on Nasdaq. Third500 now has mandates with eight issuers which have raised $400 million, are seeking to raise another $200 million via pre-IPOs, and a further $400 million via IPOs.In 2001 Mr. Reichenbach joined a Healthios affiliate, the Aethena Group (a private equity partnership) as Vice President. Prior to joining Aethena, Fritz served as CFO for a healthcare-staffing firm and a patient education and disease management company. Prior to his CFO roles Mr. Reichenbach was a Partner (among 8) at Central Europe Trust (CET), the largest advisory firm specializing in Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Reichenbach started his career at Andersen Consulting ("Accenture"), holds a B.A. from Yale University, and earned a Masters of Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
