This position coordinates the implementation and maintenance of strategic initiatives designed to improve clinical outcomes through the provision of clinical information and education materials to providers, care teams and members. This position provides oversight and leadership to the rest of the team. This position is a key lead for implementation and coordination of all tasks and strategies for SCMG's self-reporting initiatives to contracted health plans or their intermediaries.

Member Health Advisory Council

Develops, manages and directs the delivery of clinical care, including all the quality programs within the organization. Primarily responsible for developing and implementing strategies, initiatives and projects for:1. Improving performance in the care delivery model.2. Facilitating safety initiatives for the organization through competency training and evaluations.3. Improving the clinical efficiency of services rendered to all patients; and 4. Managing the wide variety of clinical quality metrics across the continuum of care including managed care and CMS initiatives, identifying cost savings, impact risk share and performance initiatives.

Provide transformative direction and support implementation of clinical initiatives with strategic partners. Responsible for calculated alignment and clinical integration across accountable care organizations and other innovative value based care model programs / projects.

Quality, P4P, PQRS, safety, Care Management, Disease Management and also seeing patients as CDE.During my watch, Arch Health Partners received IHA's Excellence in Healthcare award 2014, 2015 and 2016.
