Conceived, implemented and served as Chairman of the Cheval West Community Development District and oversaw the first two-series CDD bond issuance in Florida. Responsible for the relocation of the regional accounting department for the Central Florida divisions of Trammell Crow - Commercial from Atlanta to Tampa. In addition, was responsible for coordination of long-range plans and direct supervision of a staff of nine accounting personnel with responsibility for 70 limited partnerships and 170 separate development projects.

Served as an executive officer of Turner Equity Investors, a newly formed real estate investment trust listed on the American Stock Exchange with $65 million in assets. Responsible for financing and acquisition transactions with a value in excess of $30 million. Also responsible for shareholder relations, presentations to securities analysts, commercial lease negotiations, and financial and SEC reporting.

Provided investment banking services to clients including merger and acquisition assistance, private placement financing and valuation services. In addition, performed investment research and marketed securities to institutional clients.

Planned and administered audit engagements of many public and private client companies involved in various industries including real estate development and construction, manufacturing, securities broker/dealers, and regulated utilities.
