Staff Customer Experience Engineer
CurrentCustomer Experience Engineer responsible for the translation of customer feedback and requirements into product lifecycle improvements that deliver the utmost customer experience. Utilizing an investigative approach and applying robust engineering principles, I deliver effective solutions for on-market orthopedic products.• Guided by customer feedback, identify and clearly articulate the customer and business opportunities to management.• Independently develop, design and implement quality solutions to improve on-market products.• Manage complex multi-functional projects that require project management leadership skills to deliver business prioritized projects.• Proactively monitor, attend focus groups, analyze, and improve all aspects of product performance.• Provide end to end design, development and input to manufacturing for quality improvement of orthopedic implants and instruments.• Fulfil the role of Customer Experience Champion, lead change management across multidisciplinary functions and serve as a conduit to Commercial functions.
