Responsible for the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS• Handles job analysis and calibrate with Hiring Manager/Account Manager for competency and compensation profiling. . • Handles sourcing process like job posting, paper/initial screening for candidate shortlisting.• Manage the selection process (HR interview, second level interview) and ensure delivery of complete recruitment documentation.• Responsible in managing the hiring process such as reference check, job offer endorsement and pre-employment compliance.• Responsible in monitoring the completion of hiring process such as pre employment compliance, orientation and onboarding and communicate delivery to the business.• Ensures applicable Talent Acquisition systems and data are maintained and updated.SECONDARY FUNCTIONS• Conduct regular follow-up with managers and determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.• Search workforce market and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate sourcing.
