Meat SCL is owned by a company where I was one of three directors. The operations at Meat SCL hinge on a program for auto or manual ordering / replenishment of products. The most distinguished advantage is that orders placed / gathered from many sources are constantly aggregated, so that the supplier is updated on all orders from all customers all the time.Management information for retailers/consumers and suppliers is instantly available through various reports. Investigation into the University's facilities and the management thereof and related projects was such a large part of the work of Fritz Paul Consulting's work that it is considered important enough to include seperately.The projects included:studies of ideal expenditure on facilities and comparisons with actual expenditure,restructuring of the department,outsourcing of large parts of the maintenance work,sourcing of an ideal Asset Management system and implementation.
