Funded by the Tanoto Foundation, TELADAN is a scholarship program complemented by training sessions aimed at equipping Indonesia's future leaders with the skills necessary to make a positive impact on society. I am incredibly grateful to have been chosen as one of the 160 TELADAN Tanoto Foundation scholars from a pool of 6,099 Indonesian students.

‘Study and Work Abroad Festival 2024’ or SWAF24 is an event hosted by Schoters by Ruangguru in partnership with AIESEC in Indonesia. It took place in various cities including Jakarta, Bandung, Tangerang, Bogor, Semarang, and over 50 other locations.Leading a committed team of 26, under the supervision of my functional president from AIESEC in Bandung and AIESEC in Indonesia, We consisted of 7 dedicated division and 4 sub-divisions, such as Stage manager, MC, LO, Learning Plan Center & Store, Crowd Control, General Affairs, Documentation, Registration Desk Clock in, and Registration Desk Clock in. The event successfully drew more than 3,000 students and recent graduates from across Indonesia, with over 2,000 registering on the event day itself.Through a series of booth exhibition by Uni-Italia, Indonesian International Education Foundation, Deakin University & Lancaster University, by.U Indonesia, Beyondly, and AIESEC in Bandung, while simultaneously running consulting sessions for bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral degree, and work abroad informations, we aimed to help people to achieve their study and work targets abroad towards a better professional career. Synchronous with booth exhibitions, we also conducted seminar & talk show with Schoters KOL, Adinda Mirra Rahmani Taufik, Deakin University & Lancaster University representative, Sianne Sari, Schoters Young Leaders Exchange (STYLE) Program x Ruang Guru Clash of Champions, Nadhira, Expert Consultant at Ruangguru Foundation Program, Dina Sabila, Expert Work Abroad Consultant, Raisya, Indonesian IEF Representative, Athino Rangga, and IISMA Awardee, Amira Tsurayya Muniruzaman. The primary objective of the seminar held is to motivate, provide guidance & suggestions, and the latest information for the attendees during their endeavor of future education or professional career.

Inspiring Unileader is a seminar program initiated by Unilever Indonesia in collaboration with AIESEC in Indonesia, designed to attract top talents from leading universities across the country and groom them into Unilever's future global leaders.The event, held in a hybrid format (both online and offline), will select 420 participants from over 1,000 registrants nationwide. These registrants come from diverse universities, age groups, educational backgrounds, experiences, and fields.I led the Delegate Services role, responsible for all delegate-related activities. This includes disseminating information to various organizations to meet our target of 100 registrants from the Bandung area. Additionally, I am partially involved in the delegate selection process, nurturing the delegates, ensuring consumption, and collecting & managing delegate data.

Key Activities: - Process information from ITB KM to be subsequently disseminated to the entire FTMD'23 cohort.- Presenting this information in an engaging manner to capture the attention of the entire FTMD'23 cohort.
