Implemented Dayforce, the new timekeeping system, through provision of relevant processes andfunctionality enablement requests to the vendor which accurately calculated the hours performed byall 900 local employees Developed change management activities such as e-mail blasts, system trainings, use of pilot testersand games which promoted the use of the system and familiarized employees to new functionalities. Led the functional system testing through creation of test scripts based on employee and role-basedscenarios which detected system issues and prompted timely resolution before system go-live date. Managed operational activities of PeopleSoft, such as account creations, leave routing and approval,reports, holiday calculation and system error evaluation, which resolved of 5-10 concerns daily. Supported the global data clean-up activity of 77 offices through consolidation and validation ofExcel files, in preparation for the launch of Success Factors.

Acted as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Shell’s internal resourcing processes (MOR, Reorg,Joint Ventures) which enabled an efficient process and accurate and timely completion of activities. Assisted end-to-end resourcing activities for various stakeholders through data management,communication of important dates, and reports which enabled sound resourcing decisions. Liaised communication and resourcing activities for MOR which supported Global Skill PoolManagers in facilitating the movement of 25,000 technical employees across skill pools (Upstream, Downstream, Integrated Gas, and Projects and Technology). Contributed ideas on improvement areas which allowed stabilization and optimization of thestandard support provided by the team in reorganizations and other internal resourcing processes. Coordinated end-to-end resourcing for reorganizations through drafting plans for engagement andtraining of affected employees and creating reports which enabled proper evaluation and selection.

 Facilitated the use of Kenexa BrassRing ATS, Shell’s new recruitment system, through employeetraining, documentation, change communication, system benefits promotion and feedbackcollection which prepared the 90,000 employees for the system change. Sustained the team performance through management of 20-30 how to questions and resolution ofsystem and process issues according to target KPIs (speed, accuracy, and customer service), whichled to a score of 90% or higher for all KPIs each month. Collaborated with Tier 1 SMEs through system training and system query support that empoweredthem to train employees in their regions and eventually led to the successful system launch. Improved user experience through analysis of process and system usage and creation of businesscases which were put forward to the Project SteerCo which improved system and issue resolutionthat eventually led to enhanced user experience or cost savings. Created ad hoc or customized reports which identified common resourcing trends and embeddedthese in Kenexa’s reporting tool which transformed the manual reports to an automated process. Analyzed and interpreted data through regular reports and monthly audits which identified systemconcerns, documented in the issue log, and converted to possible improvement opportunities Conducted system tests after system upgrades or improvements which
