A new start

AATI was acquired by Skyworks in Jan.2012, as the new PLD (Power, Lighting & Display) product line, offer total analog IC solutions for customers. Work in Skyworks Shanghai Office. As a Sr. FAE, be in charge of all China PLD FAE Dept. Having good knowledge of LED Drivers, DC/DC converters (including RF APT DCDC), Charger ICs, PMU and smart switch applications. Design in/win and follow up with key customers such like ZTE/Huawei/Lenovo/Longcheer/QRD/Spreadtrum/OPPO/BBK/etc. on company new products. Assist BU marketing in developing new products and provide technical support to customers. Consulting and solving customer problems ASAP. Provide total power solution to end customer.

Work in AATI Shanghai Office. As a Field Application Engineering Manager, be in charge of China FAE Dept.(Transfer from Eastern China FAE Manager since 2008). Develops and manage China FAE Team. Guide/Teach FAEs how to promote AATI’s products and make it design in/win. Summarize and provide marketing and engineering dept. all relevant technical information by applications and customers for developing new products for China market.

Work in AATI Shanghai Office. As a Field Application Engineer, Present AATI’s TPM IC and provides technical support to customer. Keep good relationship with key customer to get new information and make new design in/win. Quickly response any product application issue, analyze and solve issues or provide better solution at field if possible.

As a PE, write work instruct sheet and train workman how to assemble/test/pack laptop product. Analyze product problem on product line and make trouble shooting.
