Project lead in the After-sales Compliance Audit-Develop audit form based on the feedback from the previous audit, consolidate the audit results of all dealers and generate reports by the end of fiscal year-Conduct on-site surveillance audits to assigned dealers nationwide twice a year-Develop dashboards for each dealer based on their performance to visually track the historical progress and to analyze the areas that need improvement to provide an effective countermeasurePart of the after-sales Kaizen team -Introduce process improvements to all assigned focus dealers.-Provide support to assigned dealers and monitor the implementation and provide feedback-Assess and analyze the data to further improve the process, increase sales and improve customer satisfactionIntroduce and conduct training to all assigned dealers for newly after-sales projects Perform root-cause analysis to service customer feedbacks and provide countermeasures.Project lead in the Customer Relation Management System-Provide post-Go Live assistance to all dealers (refresher training and resolves issues, answer inquiries)-Resolve system error encountered by the dealer-Develop system improvement-Develop dashboards for each dealer based on their utilization and provide recommendations to improve their performance.
