With over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, I am the Director of the Commercial Department at Lindum AS, a leading provider of environmental solutions and circular economy. I am responsible for managing the tender and project processes, as well as developing and implementing the commercial strategy for the company. I have a strong background in project engineering, having worked as a Sales and Marketing Director at Mandals AS, a manufacturer of high-quality hoses, and as a Senior Vice President at Norsafe Group, a supplier of maritime safety equipment. I have successfully led tender processes for delivery to clients in various industries, such as oil and gas, marine, and defence. I have also contributed to the growth and innovation of the company, by expanding the market reach, launching new products, and improving the customer satisfaction. I have a master's degree in engineering from NTNU, and I have skills in invitation to tender, procurement, project engineering, and marketing. I am passionate about creating value for the society and the environment, by offering solutions that reduce waste, save resources, and generate revenue.
