Through my years at Metis Privatistskole Bergen we have expanded from not only offer courses for students that want to change their diploma but also managing courses for Høgskolen på Vestlandet (Western Norway University of Applied Sciences) and NAV (Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration).

This was including focus on the development of the college's educational profile, organizational development and personnel management. The latter especially at the musicprogram. Bergen Private Gymnas started in august 2005. I was engaged to start up the new musicprogram that started in august 2006. I was in charge of planning the activities and the profile for the new music department. From december 2006 to july 2007 I was also the college's acting vice principal.

Manger Folkehøgskule.Working as teacher on cornet/trumpet but also as conductor and lecturer. I was also organizing crossoverprojects including all the students from both the musicprogram, the band/studioprogram and the folkdanceprogram. From 1 november 2006 until I left 31 july 2007 I was on leave due to the engagement at Bergen Private Gymnas.

Lindås KulturskuleConducting different bands both amateurs and schoolbands. During these years I initiated many crossoverprosjects that included both bands and youth theater and different other organisations.

I was engaged by Norges Musikkorps forbund (The Norwegian Banding Federation) both as conductor/lecturer/arranger but also in organizing as the musical leader of different summercourses.
