BuyIn is the procurement alliance between Deutsch Telekom and Orange in the telecommunication area.On the Internet-of-Things team with projects in fields such as Satellite, Crowdsourcing, and Smart Home Platforms with the following main tasks:• Define the negotiation strategies• Drive the alignment between the different stakeholder managers • Lead demand-based tenders (RFx, eAuctions, face-to-face negotiations) to obtain the best negotiation results• Support countries during the implementation phase• Perform active contract management and negotiation• Carry out alignment discussions to get a full understanding of the internal needs • Balance the commercial, technological, and sustainability requirements• Manage relationships with key suppliers including regular Business Reviews.

The Edible division includes all types of food products such as vinegar, rice, spices, etc. Under a project concept (from country participation on the project, through product development with cross functional teams to product deliveries to the countries/warehouses) and report to the Head of Edible with the following main tasks:• Develop, negotiate, and implement the global private label range in 22 countries;• Analyze and coordinate with the countries to harmonize the product range;• Analyze and manage the countries forecasted volumes;• Control ordering process of current year to ensure availability to all countries and improve forecasted volumes for coming year; • Coordinate and support cross-functional teams (packaging, quality, and logistics) through the private product development process;• Responsible for RFXs process and negotiation with suppliers to obtain the best quality/price/service ratio;• Provide terms and conditions for services developed in conjunction with our countries international supplier strategies and joint business plans;• Conduct performance review meetings with all key suppliers.

The Contract Manufacturing sector comprises the footwear, uppers, legwear, orthopedics and accessories areas. Reporting to Head of Purchasing with the following main tasks:• Team Management of operational Buyers for the external production to ensure that all key metrics are met;• Management and control of the operational procurement process (capacity utilization, delivery dates and material availability);• General current implemented processes analysis and implementation of key improvements;• Track and report key functional metrics to improve delivery reliability and prevent backlog;• Assess, manage and mitigate risks third-party capacity utilization and backlog;• Special Projects:Leftovers process development and implementation in coordination with other departments;Managing collaboration and/or short lead-time projects from Purchasing point of view.

Experience in both third-party and in-house production chains. Report to the Team leaders with the following main tasks:• Responsible for the complete order and provision management processes for BoM and non-BoM materials;• Contract and conditions management: implementation and monitoring of agreed conditions and contractual terms (delivery times, MOQ, etc.);• Interface and supply chain management: transport planning and materials coordination between plants, warehouses and suppliers/third-party manufacturers;• Complain process: interface between quality department and suppliers/third-party manufacturers;• Special Projects:Procurement of new suppliers in Portugal for the legwear sector;Optimization of the leftovers catalog in the footwear sector.

Reported directly to the manager of the production team:Responsible for:- Plan and manage the subsidiary materials for production of Biodiesel, Oil Pretreatment, and Oil Food Refinery;- Stock management of Subsidiary Materials;- Costs/Performances/Yields/Efficiency Reporting;- SAP Report of daily productions;- Real stock vs. SAP stock Control of Subsidiary Materials;- ISCC Certification: Delivery Orders and Sustainability Proofs.

Reports directly to the Head of Procurement Building TechnologiesResponsible for:- Implementing and managing the e-procurement platform, which negotiates with multiple suppliers at the same time to close the best deal in an efficient manner;- Manage and negotiate with key suppliers, in areas such as CCTV, electric installation, automation programming, and big building maintenance contracts.- Responsible for the supplier evaluation process and involved in the Procurement KPIs analysis process.- Organize and present several online meetings to the Procurement European Teams.- Later in my contract, manage the materials and maintenance teams for the Portuguese Public Bank Agencies, in the north and center of Portugal.
