• Provides leadership to the Board.• Provides support and advice to the General Manager.• Maintains the authority to call meetings of the Board of Directors.• Promotes effective communication on developments occurring between Board meetings.• Presides over: - Meetings of the Board of Directors - Executive sessions of the Board of Directors without management present. - Annual and special meetings with the members.• Briefs the General Manager on issues and concerns arising in the executive sessions of the Board.• Organizes the work of the Board: - Establishes the annual schedule of the Board. - Establishes the agendas for all Board meetings in collaboration with the General Manager. - Consults with all Directors concerning Board agendas and information provided to the Board.• Coordinates periodic Board input and review of management’s strategic plan for the Company.• Attends all Committee meetings ex officio and serves as a member of Governance Committee and such other Committees as assigned by the Board.• Coordinates and chairs the annual Board performance review of the General Manager and communicates results to the General Manager.• Helps enable access to information to help the Board to monitor the Cooperative’s performance and the performance of management.

Probe Test Manufacturing

• Coordinate with different departments for the continuous improvement of productivity and quality at the line including planning and movement of different types of testers to improve process flow, and reduce downtime.• Directly responsible in handling 5 material handlers, 30 skilled testing and visual inspection operators and technicians for the continuous process flow or testing of IC’s.• Strictly enforce company rules and regulations. Primarily assigned in the formulation and approval of department work specifications.• Plot strategies and procedures to achieve goals set by the operations manager.• Work closely with Planning department to achieve weekly shipment goals.• Created and implemented an independent Production Department’s specific lot details to have accurate data on the device to be tested.• Implement the use of metric to measure operators’ work efficiency and flexibility.• Preparation of documents in connection with production.
