Worked on 432 Park Ave., which is slated to be the tallest residential building in the Western hemisphere. Now working on the MoMA tower.

We focus on the project management/construction management side for large-scale university projects. Our aim is to bring the construction drawings into further development that can meet the requirements of the client, end-user, contractors, quantity surveyors and other trades, while maintaining the design intent. As a senior staff member, my aim is to foresee any unexpected construction conflicts and rectify them quickly, provide consultation for various detailing and coordination issues, building mock-up inspections, and resolve building site issues. One of the exciting aspects of the work is to resolve and understand cultural differences from an international level.

Key achievement: introduced Ismael Leyva to Middle East contacts in the construction industry for new high-rise luxury condominium projects in areas such as Doha and Abu Dhabi.- Specialize in high-rise luxury condos and large scale mix-use buildings.- NYC Zoning, design development, construction drawings, shop drawing review, on-site inspection/meetings, and client/consultant coordination.- Provided mentorship to staff.

-Key achievement: introduced a new client for an interior apartment renovation in Manhattan.- Shop drawing review, on-site inspection, and quality control of building and drawing standards.- Feasibility studies, and design presentation for large-scale residential complexes in Brooklyn and the Bronx, New York.

- Key achievement: Provided new business opportunities for the company with a major residential developer. The success of the business venture includes at least 2 high-rise luxury condominiums in Manhattan, which generated a sizeable profit for both Architect and Developer.- Specialized in corporate architecture such as MTV Networks, Viacom and Comedy Central. - Implemented the interior design for the executive offices and dining floors for a Turkish bank in Istanbul.
