I was responsible for the early commercial strategy, partnership program, and networking. With the other founders, we managed to connect with one of the biggest last-mile companies (RAPPI) and built the first Cocina Central Dark Kitchen Hub by Rappi. I was also de manager of a coworking kitchen service for gastronomic entrepreneurs that wanted to test their business models in a safe and cost-efficient way. Over 300 square meters of kitchens, more than 30 different spaces, and multiple companies and brands working with us in the first 18 months. 3 mills. USD where raised to expand the dark kitchen model and a dark store business model as well. Sadly I leave the project in 2020, with a ton of experience in scaling a startup, working with partners, commercial and operational difficulties, but mainly, how to survive a pandemic. -
