I have a wide experience in mixed-use and residential housing design from four-unit projects to 250+. I have a passion for making more out of less. I love the 3D puzzles of all housing projects but in particular micro husing where it often comes down to inches.I have a solid understanding of the permitting and approval process for mid-size to large architectural projects in Seattle. All of the 10+ DRB packets/meetings I have worked on were approved at that meeting.I bring an academic excellence (Tau Sigma Delta, Magna Cum Laude from USC), and an understanding of all the phases of architecture projects and hands on experience with construction work to the table. I am not afraid of getting my hands dirty and have worked extensively doing demolishing, construction, and improvement projects. I easily switch between creative, multifaceted idea generation to developing an idea into a shareable format. This makes me a very efficient worker both on an individual level as well as on a team where communicating ideas clearly is imperative for efficient collaboration. I am also great at asking the right questions to understand other’s ideas to further develop them in the direction intended. I have strong production skills and I am able to quickly move projects forward.I strongly believe that great team work creates a synergy where the result is more than the individual parts, and I see myself on that team.I have passed all six architecture licensing exams. I miss some work experience to become a licensed architect
