I have worked in the IT-industry since 1996. Within my expertise and knowledge, I have moved through the years, from ISP sector toward the area of helping business with the idea of transforming their requirements to concrete working solutions, i.e. the art of digitalization. Today, I help clients to work out requirements that can be communicated, implemented and delivered as expected by all the stakeholders. I care especially for quality attributes, they need to be well understood by the business and prioritized. Quality attributes matter in different contexts and are sometimes the key factor for a successful business solution. In other words, all we do have to have a value, all are not obvious to us. It’s my work to quantify the values of functional and quality attributes, yours to prioritize the importance of them in the context of your business, in the end select the key values that matters for your customers.My tasks have been many and broad. Some of my responsibilities are requirement management, integration-/system-/web- development, project leading and maintenance management. My experience through the years in the ISP, system integration, manufacturing industry and banking market has given me profound knowledge of the evolving solutions and technologies of both Internet and enterprises.Although technologies are intriguing and deeply fascinating, I think organization, culture and society can be even more intriguing. I’m engaged in my local society through my membership in the Urban Planning Committee and the board of Liberalerna Köping. In my work within organization and in politics I see that technology is only a means for us humans to make our life a little easier and in the end give us more time to our core values. By the years of work in organizations I have learned the importance of sustainable economy, good leadership, and what a sound culture can achieve. To have a winning culture has become a requirement for all my current and future engagements.
