Certified project manager (PRINCE2®) and Scrum Master (Professional Scrum Master I) with significant experience with AWS platform (AWS Certified). More than 15 years of experience in IT, I have been a hands-on project manager in the web publishing industry for over 10 years. Prior to that I had a number of years in the banking sector.Projects I was involved in have spanned many countries, cultures and languages. They involved planning, execution and control of complex projects within mission critical environments. Here I demonstrated strong design, troubleshooting and problem solving skills. I have extensive experience in managing project and multi-vendor stakeholders, managing to forge strong relationships with customers.In 2017 I joined AWS as a Technical Account Manager (TAM); I worked as part of the Enterprise Support team to ensure key enterprise customer success in building applications and services on the AWS platform. I provided assistance to customers as an expert on a range of AWS services and customer architectures; in support of strategy questions, project planning, launch and ongoing operational issues. I also acted as voice of the customer within AWS to escalate problems and drive prioritisation of business needs for my customers.In 2019 I moved to a new role in AWS and I currently work as Customer Solutions Manager (formerly named Solutions Delivery Manager); working with all account project stakeholders, I apply program management methods for assembling project teams, scoping work, identifying the appropriate resources, assigning and tracking responsibilities, setting milestones, developing schedules, and report progress/exceptions along the way.In 2022 I joined Unicredit and I head the Cloud Delivery Team, part of Platform Engineering organization.I speak Italian natively along with English and French, working in those languages on various critical projects.
