As Assistant to the European Projects Coordinator, I contribute to Interreg, Erasmus+, and CERV projects by managing documentation, scouting potential partners, and facilitating Kick-Off Meetings and activities outlined in the WPs. Locally, I initiated three personal projects: 'Motus Vitae', aimed at providing practical tools to Bellidée's management and animators for organizing motor proposals for primary school children; 'Goûts de Quartier', featuring short online cooking episodes promoting active participation in Bellidée's initiatives; 'Utilisez Votre Voix: À la découverte de l'Europe', encouraging interest in and participation in European elections by addressing topics like EU funding and mobility schemes through collaborative networks. Additionally, as part of an ESC volunteer team, I co-organized interactive events on the Opal Coast during European Week.

Games In Motion is a 'work in progress' social profile, present on both Instagram and Facebook, created with the aim of promoting physical activity events in contact with nature, both for adults and children, and a healthy and active lifestyle through a playful, inclusive and innovative approach.As founder and administrator, my responsibilities include:1. Organisation and implementation of ludo-motor experiences, excursions and environmental awareness activities;2. Promoting events via social channels; 3. Involving the community and collaborating with schools and associations;4. Create educational content on the page. Objectives achieved1. Increased participation: increase in the number of people involved in events through an effective promotion strategy and active community involvement;2. Awareness and visibility: increased visibility of the page and awareness of its values and goals; 3. Positive impact: creating a positive impact in the community by encouraging an active lifestyle, connecting with nature and promoting physical and mental wellbeing through a playful, inclusive and innovative approach; 4. Positive feedback: receiving positive feedback from participants, demonstrating appreciation for the organisation of the events, the quality of the activities proposed and the playful atmosphere created.Volunteer activities.

Every day, the farm 'Il Giardino dell'Orco' receives up to 150-180 students from schools of all levels, who are able to participate in a wide range of educational workshops including 'from the field to the table', 'farmer for a day', 'I am nature' and 'the honeybee'.The main activities and responsibilities of the undersigned can be summarised as follows:1. Conducting educational workshops that personally involve students, promoting experiential learning and direct interaction with the natural environment. Promoting healthy and sustainable habits, including providing information on responsible agricultural practices and conscious food choices;2. Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students. Objectives achieved 1. Promotion of environmental education and student awareness; 2. Promotion of experiential learning as a useful methodology to better understand concepts related to agriculture, the environment and responsible food choice; 3. Encouragement of healthy and sustainable eating habits.

'Scuola Attiva Kids' is a project implemented by Sport e Salute and the Ministry of Education to promote physical activity and sport in primary schools. An initiative realised in collaboration with the National Sports Federations, with the contribution of the Italian Paralympic Committee for activities related to the inclusion of children with Special Educational Needs.The main responsibilities of the Sports Specialists are as follows:1. Active participation in the planning of motor and sports provision;2. Motor and sports orientation in the third and fourth classes of the primary school;3. Support for teachers in the implementation of all project activities;4. Preparation and implementation of adapted activities for individuals with mental and motor disabilities;5. Collaboration with teachers in organising active breaks to be taken during the school day;6. Organisation of end-of-school-year games. Objectives achieved1. Promotion of physical and sporting activity: contribution to the implementation of a successful project aimed at promoting the importance of physical and sporting activity in primary school;2. Inclusion of children with Special Educational Needs: Ensuring the participation and inclusion of children with mental and motor disabilities through the adaptation of activities;3. Student Involvement: fostering the active involvement of students through stimulating and enjoyable motor and sports activities.

'Scuola Viva in Quartiere 2022' is a project created to intervene mainly on two levels: to bring back to schooling adolescents who grew up under economic and socio-cultural disadvantage and who dropped out of school early, and to promote the social inclusion of children with disabilities. Main activities and responsibilities 1. Social educator for adolescents from disadvantaged backgrounds:- Supervision and accompaniment of teenagers during activities proposed by experts in different areas (agronomists, psychologists, computer technicians);- Direction of lessons in Outdoor Education and management of recreational activities for adolescents;- Supporting the social inclusion of adolescents through targeted educational interventions.2. Planner and operator of outdoor recreational and motor activities for primary school students:- Strengthening children's motor dexterity and interpersonal skills through targeted moving games.3. Social inclusion of children with psycho-cognitive disabilities:- Developing and conducting ludo-motor activities aimed in particular at the social inclusion of children with autism. Objectives achieved1. Expansion of social dimensions: Expansion of my understanding and awareness of specific social dimensions that I had not previously had the opportunity to explore, especially in the work environment;2. Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary experts: I demonstrated the ability to work synergistically with professionals from different disciplines to ensure an appropriate learning and supportive environment3. Involvement of the adolescents involved in the project: creation of a collaborative environment in which the adolescents were able to actively participate in the lessons, contributing to the overall success of the activities. Involvement of the teenagers as staff during visits to the Tor Dei Terra Nostra estate by school groups, demonstrating leadership and team building skills.

Main activities and responsibilities1. Planning and conducting training sessions: creation of individualised training programmes, taking into account the specific needs and abilities of players in the different age groups (11-16 years);2. Teaching of basic football techniques and strengthening of coordination and affective-cognitive skills through practical, stimulating and progressive exercises;3. Physical preparation: implementation of training programmes for physical conditioning (endurance, strength, speed, ...);4. Instilling values such as fair play, discipline and mutual respect: emphasis on the importance of behaving ethically and respectfully, promoting fair play, self-control and respect towards teammates, opponents and referees5. Collaboration with other instructors and support staff: sharing ideas, strategies and resources to ensure a cohesive and quality learning environment. Objectives achieved1. To test the knowledge acquired during the course of study;2. To guide and support the team in its overall growth, through a comprehensive and targeted approach: this path has led not only to technical improvements, but also to individual maturation and the formation of players aware of ethical values in football and in life.3. Experience in successfully operating in a multi-ethnic environment, demonstrating cultural and linguistic sensitivity towards children from different backgrounds. Promotion of social and cultural integration through football by providing an inclusive environment that fosters mutual learning and intercultural understanding.

The 'Schools in Motion' research project was initiated with the intention of verifying the development of motor skills of primary school students following six months of planned physical activity.Below are my main activities and responsibilities:1. Creation and development of motor activities;2. Assessment test administration: accurate assessment of students' motor skills through the use of standardised tests;3. Computer engineering assistant: support for the implementation of innovative tools and technologies to collect and analyse data on students' motor skills.Objectives achieved:1. Initial experience of interaction and collaboration with the school environment and teaching staff;2. Verification of the initial state of primary school students' motor skills3. Confirmation of group management skills, effective communication and use of extracurricular skills.Experience terminated before the end of the contract due to pandemic.

Main activities and responsibilities: 1. Football coach for children aged 5 to 11: planning and conducting training sessions aimed at developing the technical, motor and cognitive skills of young footballers. Promotion of sports values and fair play within the team.2. Collaboration with management and staff: sharing ideas, strategies and resources to ensure a cohesive and quality learning environment.3. Social media manager: managing communication and promotion activities on ASD Lucrino Calcio's social channels. Creating engaging content, planning posts and interacting with the online community to increase visibility and engage parents and football fans. Objectives achieved:1. Fostering the technical, physical and mental growth of young players, enabling them to acquire the necessary skills to progress in their football career;2. Promotion of a sports culture based on ethics, mutual respect and fair play, forming not only talented footballers, but also aware and responsible citizens;3. Creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment where young footballers feel motivated, supported and valued;4. Broaden the visibility and interaction of ASD Lucrino Calcio through the management of social channels, involving parents, football fans and the online community in the football school's journey.

Creation and development of recreational activities: planning and co-ordination of games, soccer tournaments and workshops that promote learning, socialisation and fun;3. Finance management: responsible for managing the financial resources of our summer camps, including budget planning and monitoring, managing expenses and income, and ensuring efficient financial management.4. Communication manager: responsible for managing the communication and promotion activities of the summer camps, including creating promotional materials, managing communication channels and responding to parental requests and questions.Objectives achieved:1.
