I'm a well seasoned tech moving into System Admin / IT Management roles. With over 15 years of experience, I bring to the table a unique view that ultimately increases user satisfaction and holds the company's bottom line. I'm well versed in Windows / Mac environments; very familiar with iOS / Android deployments, I'm comfortable in a wide-range of ticketing systems from SalesForce, to JIRA, to ServiceNow, and Beyond. I've noticed a trend that a lot of businesses have been relying more and more on Microsoft's 365 / Azure environment. This has given me an opportunity to familiarize myself with that environment and support users and departments in new, modern ways. I want to focus on leadership roles or administrative roles, moving up from the helpdesk / desktop support I'm very familiar with. This is a growth opportunity I greatly look forward to.
