Service and maintain small business networks, on-call or regular schedule, keep them up and running, prevent downtime and keep from falling behind the technology curve.

Involved upgraded large pet warehouse phone voip systems to current standard, running 400' wire, installing multiple wireless APs to allow for cordless phones, programming Cisco routers and equipment to talk with corporate, replace 1-3 Cisco routers per site, and double test everything at end to ensure store was in working order by opening hours. This project consisted teams of 2-4 people, lasting 4-8 hours per site and incorporated many different skills all in one. All in all a fun project.

short term contract installing upgraded hardware & software to local gas station franchises, checking with headquarters to insure all working properly before signing out each night. Each site was about 4 hours, required wiring, installation, troubleshooting of proprietary equipment, connecting and testing wireless handheld devices.

Exclusive support for CU Regents and their staff. Providing in house, on call for any break fix issues, and maintaining file, database and email servers. Network spread through multiple buildings, totalling over 250 workstations.
