◾ Build up BUDGET and quarterly FORECAST, manage global templates to the STAKEHOLDERS with appropriate analysis and variances explanations◾ Follow up and oversee monthly/quarterly closing with regional SHARED ACCOUNTING SERVICES (SAS), ensuring PROVISIONS such as Return Reserve, Obsolescence, Distribution, and other cost are booked on time and with a high standard level◾ COMMERCIAL PLANNER, supporting HEAD of business and SALES department, delivery INSIGHTFUL data and analysis and utilisation of such to assist with business decision ◾ Manage SP & PT Home Entertainment LICENSEE, building up BUDGET,FORECAST,CLOSING; ensuring ROYALTY updated in SAP,monitoring performance and providing feedback on possible desviation◾ Building up clear analysis on OVERHEAD with detailed explanations on variance;OPEX & T&E control◾ Ensuring Publishing LICENSEES provide ROYALTY REPORTS on time,including split by franchise and proper back up. Perform RECONCILIATIONS between systems; Follow up True-up reports with DEEP ANALYSIS on variances ◾Control of LOCAL PRODUCTION show “Violetta on Tour”, ensuring revenues and expenses in more than 75 live shows across Europe are in line with budget, working with SPANISH PARTNER, building up financials by country, split it by type of cost, making the actualizations needed in order to adapt the original budget to the real performance KEY PROJECTS✔Lead the INTEGRATION of the local financial team in the regional office, ensuring continuity of the processes at the highest level and minimizing the impact on the business ✔STANDARDIZATION and AUTOMATION of financial reporting, including ANALYSIS of campaigns & releases, with more than 15 new releases and more than 20 campaigns per year✔ COST CONTROL (production, marketing and sales) to increase more than 5% Gross Margin✔ Management of LOCAL DISTRIBUTION DEALS more than 10 companies distributed by Disney Spain✔ Support Business Head in the achievement of targets in line with COMPANY STRATEGY

This process involved a significant HC reduction across the EMEA region, as well as a loss of local knowledge, the success of the project was to deliver a high standard service across the region in a short period of time.✔ Lead PROCESS STANDARDIZATION across EMEA Region (RR, Obsoles., BD, Trade Spend, B/S reconciliations) with important reduction in time consuming and manual process to avoid errors and increase efficiencies.

Monitoring of any issue between SYSTEMSKEY PROJECT✔Active participation in the hand over from JD Edwards to SAP in AP, AR, General ledger and distribution module, with a role of SAP Super user to support future users in the company
