RE: Summary of Skills Currently I am a Machinist with experience running a HAAS VF9 3 axis machining center. I also have experience with other CNC milling machines with Fanuc programming and CNC lathes to include Mori Seiki 1’s, 3’s and 5’s, Hwacheon, Bridgeport’s and Jet lathes of all sizes. I can do basic programming and editing. I have extensive metal fabrication experience to include all manual milling machines and lathes, plasma cutting, welding, chop saws, grinders, drill press and all hand and power tools. I can service, repair and perform preventative maintenance on all shop equipment. My experience includes carpentry. I built boats for Chris Craft, Wellcraft and Donzi. I started out in the plug shop where we built the molds out of wood, Bondo, Duratek and fiberglass. I progressed into final rigging where the interior cabins were fitted and installed. This included plumbing and wiring and cabinetry. Then the hulls were capped with the decks and all the outside hardware was installed. I also ran wiring harnesses, dropped fuel tanks and installed inboard/outboard engines and outdrives. I have built mobile homes working in plumbing, floors, decks and shells. I can operate table saws, circular saws, routers and pneumatic staplers, drills, screw guns and about all woodworking related equipment. I took college level AutoCAD classes and enjoy designing and drawing houses on my computer. I have CAD/CAM experience including Mastercam and have a working knowledge of Windows office based products. I can perform mechanical work on cars and motorcycles and basically understand how things are put together and how they work. I believe I have the necessary skills and personal integrity to help you grow your business and produce a quality product.
