Development and Sustaining Software Engineer who optimizes the efficiency / quality of any product development teams focused on server-side and internet technologies.Currently performing exercises in transforming 10+ year old code, bad habits and tribal knowledge into formalized builds, build servers, automatic documentation generators, automatic test suite (the easy 30% of code coverage) generators, build servers into verifiable, yum-based build, packaging and deployment semantics.This includes development standards implementation through continuous integration (single point of check-out; single command to build) formalization. Java code is hampered by an Eclipse style focus on JARs rather than EARs.
