Customer Operations Analyst
Current- Railway Transport Industry data analysis and modeling, as support and back up to the B2C Customer Service Analyst Team with analytical and operational tasks.-Working with cross-functional teams reporting requests as needed and partner with leadership team to assist and prepare analysis of data for projects, process improvements, and initiatives as required.-Production forecasting, data modeling and analysis.-Utilize software, systems and research information to compile and generate reports, timelines- Web content editing: review, edit and translate content provided by a network of cross-functional teams focused on operational plan.
