Responsible for the design and development of a Business Intelligence and Analytics Strategy for our 4.5B business that began by incorporating a Global Scorecard and 52 Key critical KPIs in the area of Global Supply Chain for our Energy Services and Water Division that also included multiple sub-divisions. The measures included the areas of Safety, Sustainability, Productivity, Service Levels & Equipment Efficiencies metrics that included budgeting capabilities.After the success of the Supply Chain metrics, Marketing followed with the creation of a Marketing Scorecard incorporating 34 key critical metrics in the areas of product vitality, profitability, market analysis, among others.Responsible for Global operational reporting supporting the business, M&A activities, One ERP, and key critical data provisioning for our core customer digital solutions.
