- Helping define the technical vision and strategy to drive the development of the Automations feature - by identifying growth opportunities and areas that need attention in order to mitigate risks and anticipate hurdles- Supporting and driving the discovery, planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives. Working with a cross-functional team to foster best practices in product delivery, from UI/UX to implementation, to ensure our services are robust, scalable, and maintainable- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team, helping to establish best practices for ways of working to ensure the team is utilizing the most efficient tools and methodologies- Working closely as a solution architect with product counterparts and R&D stakeholders to define requirements and ensure the software meets business and user needs and expectations for the Automations feature. Driving and supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of the initiatives- Led the migration of the O11y stack from New Relic to OSS. Led a team from research, to requirements definition, roadmap planning, and delivery resulting in reduced costs and standardized implementation across the whole stack- Built a no-code integration builder with a workflow builder using AI that won first place in company-wide hackathon

- Assisting the team in establishing coding best practices to ensure the code is maintainable, scalable, and secure. Monitoring adherence to these practices and guiding the team to adopt and integrate them into their development processes- Part of team that defined the requirements and implemented Devbox - Pipedrive’s in-house Remote Development platform- Improved team ways of working and efficiency by introducing processes such as public channels rotation (to ensure we’re providing answers and assistance to internal stakeholders in a timely manner), QA Jams and QA Ambassador role (to ensure we’re maintaining the quality of our product and mitigating any potential risk early on), and improved onboarding (to support new joiners get started quickly with confidence)- Published an article on Pipedrive’s R&D Blog on the topic of Microservices Observability and presented the topic in a meet-up- Fostering the monitoring and analysis of our features’ performance, ensuring they are running efficiently and optimizing as needed

- Led and contributed to projects to make sales teams more efficient with automations, quote-to-cash solutions, and data sync with 3rd-parties- Hosted multiple knowledge sharing sessions on GraphQL Federation (which were adopted in engineering onboarding training) with direct team and company-wide- Developed training materials to assist new joiners in their onboarding and beyond- Maintainer of a core framework used by multiple teams- Revamped Testbox CLI to increase developer efficiency with added and improved functionality- Introduced performance testing within the development lifecycle for engineering organization
