I’m the Managing Director of Fruition Systems, a leading Microsoft cloud practice for business, based from our freehold offices near Winchester, in the south of England. We’re a Microsoft Partner and BT-business partner, allowing us to provide the best computer technology and connectivity solutions for modern businesses. I lead a team of talented techies who build, configure, install and support a wide range of business IT systems and infrastructures. Fruition is also highly experienced in the strategic implementation of CRM for businesses using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and The Power Platform. We’ve developed a ‘membership-management software solution’ using these platforms, aimed specifically at SME organisations requiring a system to manage their members and partners. We have significant expertise in both cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Our other consultancy and implementation work centres around cloud storage powered by Azure, Microsoft digital security and business solutions based on SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Apps suite. We also manage Microsoft 365 and provide licensing services throughout the entire Microsoft product-stack for our clients. We operate a responsive, plain-language IT Helpdesk service for client-users, and work hard to keep our customers cyber-hygiene at an optimum level.At Fruition Systems our mission is to provide first-class customer service and ensure your business is running smoothly and efficiently; taking full advantage of the technology that is available to you. Our IT consultancy work is delivered in plain English, allowing our clients to fully understand the task at hand and make informed decisions about their IT needs and ongoing strategies.Unlike a lot of my competition, I have no business-ego to bruise and I’m an expert listener. Customers and colleagues tell me I’m great at resolving a crisis and that I have a never-give-up attitude, which has helped me get where I am so far. I have many more goals on my bucket list, and I will continue to develop myself in order to achieve them. My biggest reward is working with businesses where I can make a positive difference to their success. It’s nice to be financially rewarded for the good work we do for our clients, but the very best reward is seeing the smile when their business success comes to fruition (excuse pun)!
