Customer service includes:A team of 6 personsSales administration and customer relations.A team of 6 customer service officers-Internal contact for dealers and salesmen.-Sales orders from dealers: Phone, e-mail, Fax, Web, EDI.-Back Order managment.-Claim Handling and Credit Notes-Appointments for deliveries with Chaine Sores and Hyper Markets.-Follow-up of deliveriesAfter sales servicesA team of 3 engineers and 1 service administrator-In and out of warranty repairs-Warranty claims from Sevice centers and dealers.-Repair Turn Arround Time (TAT).-Technical Support to Service centers and dealers.-Service Training to Service centers and dealers.-Close contacts and direct commnication with Factories and Japanees European Service Organisation.-Participate on international meetings, Seminars and training programs.-First (Contact Center) and 2nd Line support (In house technical specialists) for end users.-Contract negotiations with Customers and Service Centers.-Follow-up, Support and training for Contact Center.-Assistance for Fairs, Open house activities, Sales Campaigns.Sales Training.1 sales trainer-Train and inform dealers and floor sales men about Products, Technology, USP'S in close relation with sales and Marketing.Logistics.1 logistics coordinator-Follow-up of the BeLux Deliveries towards dealers and end users.-Link between the European Logistics and warehousing and the Belux Customers.-Direct Deliveries-European meetings and seminarsInformation Security.1 ISM manager.-Implementations of measures and rules to protect all company information and Intellectual Property, Based on European and international directives-Train and educate employees.-Refresh tests, morning and evening checks.-European meetings and seminars
