As a Customer Service Representative my tasks and responsibilities were the following: - I was mainly dealing with sales support processes, account management and service request management activities- I built up knowledge and competencies in the shipping industry- Ensured efficient use of Siebel/Oracle and SAP system- Managed appropriate stakeholder relationships within the GBS and the businesses/functions After 6 months at the company I was appointed and responsible for the documentation and transfer of the Polish Business on-site from Warsaw to Szeged (in English) and became later additionally responsible for the work allocation and supervision of the German Automotive team.Proficiency in German and English language, excellent communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships and the deep understanding of the Customer Service processes established some successful years in this position for me.
