I preform all technical aspects for all specialties at Lone Tree and Franklin eye centers.

Leadership and administrative: I have provided a lead role to 10 clinical staff members across 4 office locations. This included coordinating schedules and job duties of clinical staff, handling interoffice conflicts and questions, and managing communication between providers, clinical staff and front desk employees. I perform corneal procurement and whole eye enucleations on donors for transplantation and research.

Clinical Manager for one of the largest multi-specialty ophthalmic practices in Colorado consisting of 85 employees and 10 ophthalmologists. I directly supervised the largest department which consisted of 30 employees. As manager, I performed management duties such as scheduling, annual reviews, training, conflict resolution, coordinating interdepartmental.

I performed all aspects of management including payroll, accounts payable, scheduling, hiring, firing, organizing and conducting office meetings. I also performed all aspects of an ophthalmic technician.

I performed all duties of an ophthalmic technician for a multi-specialty clinic with 12 ophthalmologists. I was also an instructor for student’s right out of ophthalmic tech school.
